Niculae transfer has broken down due to FIFA regulations. it seems that he had already played for two other clubs in this season, so he couldn't play for another one. Sporting asked FIFA to clarify the international laws but they failed to do so. the club, to prevent future problems with that, gave up of the player

btw do you consider FIFA and UEFA websites legit?
