in pes4 the shot feints are not that clear. what you have to do is press [] so many times depending what feint you want to do, then without releasing the last press of the [], you press X
it's not worth wasting much time on the shot feint anyway, you should just lob the ball, you have a better chance of scoring

If that doesn't work then I guess you aren't doing it fast enough!
The only time I use a feint is to get past an attacker - I always dummy a clearance

me too, but i wish they do them like they were in pes 3. they were much more realistic

I disagree with this, if you are clear 1-on-1, shot feints are very effective. I use it most times when i'm 1-on-1 and score 95% of times. If you time it right, you'll leave the keeper in no-mans land, for a simple tap in goal.
Lobs i find to be much harder in PES4 than 3, but it depends on the player you are using as well.

Best way to do the triple feint is as follows:
[], [], L1 ~ X for triple. [], L1 ~ X for a double.
This is much easier than the shown version.
Enough said I've been using this method since PES 3 and once you get the hang of it, its soooo much easier to do a double and triple feint. Try it

i find the shot feint is too important and effective while dribbling and facing the keeper. check the video in individual efforts where i scored a goal using the shot feint to bypass two players its called 4 against 1 and cheers mates .
