unable to connect to connection test server problem

i get the "unable to connect to connection test server" problem when i buy and use a new desktop which is running Wondows 7 (my old PC is run Windows XP)
i can play MLO and online quick match before
after i using my new computer
i can not connect to the login page
can anyone help me to solve the problem?
