With most football games and sport games in general, there is always the odd individual that sticks out like a sore thumb and nobody quite knows why.

What I'm wondering is who everyone thinks is the most underrated players in Pro Evoltuion Soccer history. Theres a few I've picked up on, who do you lot reckon?

on the PES6 ashley young is underrated but i think that might be because of his rise in premiership has only been this year}

But i think Dean Ashton is veryy underrated he is a class striker

WE9: Messi, Lennon, D. Bent
WE8: Rooney, Lucarelli, Terry

The older games I can't remember :D
Also there are far more overrated players than uderrated.

i think ryan giggs is a bit under rated as well, coz you see him in real matches and he can sprint quite fast and has some nice shots, but in pro evo 6, ive noticed he is like really slow and rarely shoots on target. also hes a lot better at free kicks than he is in the game...

How about Peter Crouch, I know a lot of people don't like him, but setting aside our prejudices for a minute, surely his technique and passing stats should be better?

Wow some weird names mentioned. Scholes?? He's 1 of the spot on players in the game. Don't know why you would ever want to juice him up, he already has a great pass and lethal shot.

Giggs is pretty spot on as well. I score many free kicks with him, his crossing is deadly and he has enough pace to beat many defenders.

Higuain and Gago are young and already have a few stars and solid stats.

Don't watch Suazo often but his stats were crap in we9. Much better in pes6 so I wouldn't say he's underrated. Pace is always a nice asset.

Rossi is actually not bad for someone his age but there's a reason why United don't use him.

Crouch is the only 1 that stands out (no pun intended :laugh: ) in that list. He deserves better stats.

de rossi is under rated, his stats dont show too much in the game but he can still do a great job controlling the midfield.

taddei is also under rated, is quick and can score goals.
