Unfair: Editing on the PC version is SO much better!

No offence to PC users, but IMO Pro Evolution Soccer is first and foremost a console based game, especially considering Konami develop almost exclusively for consoles.

For this reason I think it's damn unfair that the potential for editing players appearances on the PC is so much better than on the PS2 or XBox. I've had a look at a few sitesw with PES player appearances created for the PC version and they piss all over anything available for the PS2 or XBox. I assume this is because PC uses are able to use additional software and the nupload their appearance files into the game?

Since PES is now an online game, surely the next step is to have online content compatible and downloadable to memory card or whatever. I'm guessing the PS3 will have something like this, but it's several months away and I'm not sure. Does anyone know whether there's any hope for console users??

If you mean appearances made using o-edit and photoshop, then actually PS2 is the only one that cant handle o-edited models, xbox can. And while PS2 cant use o-edited models it can have new textures created on the original models, but the alignment of face features must be perfect.
The tools that have been created all tend to have support for the console versons.
So seems xbox can handle o-edited textures, maybe the PS3 will be able to.
