There is a way of doing it but a lot of unwanted hassle and voiding warrenty on PS3. And probably get sued or something for doing it. So I won't give out the instructions lol.

just type Konami Update 1.2 PES 2009 in google and you'll find various .. download one them .. easy isn't it?
