v1.04 affects gameplay?

Back in the days when I used to play Kick Off 2 with my friends, there was always this guy that claimed the joystick was broken, the button don't work etc., he did not think it was peculiar that the next game, after we've switched joysticks, he had the same problem.. that joystick was broken too?!?
Both joysticks were fine, but some people insist on finding faults and errors where there are none, in this case to "excuse" his constant 5-0 losses.
If PES2010 has any response issues on your PC, it's your Video card settings that's causing it, PES2010 on my computer is responsive like PES2009. Try reducing pre-rendered frames and play the game in 4:3 resolution. We are currently in a transition period with PC games between native 4:3 and Widescreen, and some computers handle responsiveness on widescreen very poorly, not only on PES but all games.
PS. A huge amount of additional GFX added by kitserver can also affect responsiveness. (Smoke patch, SM patch and a few other huge ones) If you want to run those patches, make sure you got the hardwares to run it smoothly first.
I stand by my claim, PES and WE are identical except for gamespeed and Superstar difficulty.
Why would they give the same game two different names you say? Asians like fast paced Arcade games and don't always crave realism, Europeans like simulations better. PES largely satisfies the asian crowd, but fail somewhat to deliver for EU fans this year, (in my opinion) but I hope next year will be better...
