A tip on BAL is to look at value points which help you with what you should be doing for your position after each game but i cant seem to find them.

any ideas??

Dont ypu mean rating point:S? After the match you can see how you were doing the match and how you did to do it like that. then you should know what to do in next match..?

No, on the BAL menu, the hints and tips bit says something about value points which helps you withyour specific position or something, but i have never seen this after a game :S

Stats.

Strengthen that which is good for your position, eg Balance for Defense as a DMF, technique Dribbling and Speed if you wanna be a quick Striker, Technique Shooting for basicly every position.
