i sorted the stats for rafael van der vaart using the CM4 converter. here they are :

I'd say lower his Dribble Speed, Response, and remove his star for Reaction. He's actually quite a bulky midfielder in real life, and does a lot more defending than most people realise. I'd bring his Agility down to mid-70's also. Still, that's just an opinion.

80 isn't low. In the old game, 75 was a yellow stat, and so would be thought of as good.

Now that they've given 85's to every Tom, Dick and Harry people are telling me that 80 is a low stat. Bollocks is it. You give me a striker with 80 finishing and I'll score every time one-on-one.

Similarly, you give me a midfielder with 80 Dribble Speed and I'll run quite fast with the ball every time.

i would also lower his free kick accuracy to low 80's maybe high 70's

higher his shooting technique to 95 and iumprove his attacking skills to 90 and lower his free kick ability and consistency to 3
