...question.
I started my ML and its the transfer window now.
I was wondering how can I see whether the players are willing to join my team or not.
In the players lists I get their name, their salary and their stats.
I remember in the old PES games, stars would show next to the salaries that would tell us whether they are willing to transfer or not.
Please help, i'm getting desperate.

you must scout on your desire player, if the report show more than 70%, you should get the player.
