Can we use the vision camera to import in sponsors for the kits aswell as emblems? as well as that can we still use the writing tool for sponsors or would we have to import the writing too???

From evo-web. This info looks good.

Hey people, i borrowed my friends xbox live vision camera so i could test out the new features in the edit mode. Here's a run down of how it all works, what options are there and my opinion on the whole thing.

This is the first screen you see when you select Scan. You can press (Y) to flip the camera so it moves the same direction as you. Your picture appears on the instantly on the right(thats me :D) when you press (X) and you can do this as many times as you want unitll your happy.

The next screen is where you can edit the picture and adjust it to your liking. You can reposition the photo with the left stick, zoom in and out with the right and rotate it with the left and right trigger buttons. Pressing (X) lets you adjust the colours and (Y) lets you change things like chin size, nose and mouth depth and head lenght.

Once your all done, your image is stored in one of the 9 slots for scaned faces, then your in the game!\\:eek:/

Now for the kit scanning.

Same initial screen as the faces, line up the kit you want to take a shot of then press (X)
NB: In the screen above i took a shot of the united badge only as i thought you could only use the scan for badges, its actually the front of the kit as you will see in the next screen below.

Same options as before with the repositioning of the photo with the anolog sticks and the trigger buttons. This is a screen of the colour adjust which you enter by pressing the (X) button.

Pressing (Y) on the edit screen for kits takes you to this screen which lets you choose from 6 "frames" to wrap around your photo(all of which are useless) giving it a shape or pattern.

Once your done adding a heart to your kit  you can save the photo to one of the 9 places availible just like the faces. You can also take off the default emblems to make it look just a wee bit more authentic. Now your (sort of)licenced kit is ready to go!

Now personally while the feature is nice to have, the quality of the photos hardly makes it worth it. Fair enough the faces aint to bad, i only would put myself in for a laugh anyway but the kit editing is a joke. Not only is the quality rubbish, the templates they give you are a just laughable and there is no option or way of editing the back of the kits, so you'd have a decent-ish looking front...and default back kits.

Anyway, i hope this has cleared up any confusion or questions people had about the scanning features, if theres anything i've miss out that you want to ask, feel free to do so.

wow pretty cool

How is this pretty cool if you can only save nine pics? NINE!! Let me see, there are 20 teams in the premiership, each with different badges, different sponsors, there must be about six or seven kit manufacturers and each team has at least four jerseys.

So I guess it'd be great if we had, say, 100+ save slots, but alas there are only 9. Couple this to sh***y edit mode with crap kit templates and you have a huge step backwards.

Where oh where is the comprehensive edit mode that Seabass promised? I think PES fans should boycott this years version
