it took them 2 weeks to make this version, its going to be at least another 2 for the UK version as they have all been using the EU multi version.

They already have all the png files set up so it will take a lot less time than you think. Kits, emblems, transfers and names should be do-able in a couple of days, thats if they have to start from scratch - extra stuff like stadiums might take longer

And sorry to sound like a n00b, but how do I actually get the option file to my PS3 > then to PES?

Also what is the best option file at the moment?

Exactly what i said earlier........long hard work from Rainey but unfortunately he should of been a bit clearer.....i had my worries that his version could not of been UK version as he obtained it 2 weeks before uk release! Rainey said it was so we all just trusted his judgement....guess he didnt realise himself

oh well, there will be another posted in next 24 hours you can bet on that!

How were I to know? People only started to get their copy of the game yesterday in the UK

It definitely will take shorter, we've got the all the items prepared and ready to go now.

I just want to say that may be Rainey have done a mistake here, and i really do realize how UK people are angry because of that. But guys come on the man is volunteering here with his own time and efforts so please let us respect him as he deserve and i am sure he will do his best to fix this code problem that was surprise to all of us.

I own the 01021 & have downloaded the OF, though i havent try it yet

I know that u are now making the exact OF into the 01020 version

Therefore, i've been wondering, in the future, which version would you make ?

I guess it must be the 01020 one since this is the version sold in UK ?

Or it would be both ?

Bcoz there is also many of us who own the 01021 one & hoping that this is not the last 'WENB OF' for 01021

I see there's an official Konami Patch due on 12th October. In light of everything, Rainey do you think its best just to wait for that before putting anymore work in?

From my experience with PES2010, each Konami DLC completely messed up all custom option files and this new one will

"bring the player roster files completely up to date, while clubs that qualified for the UEFA Champions League Group Round, will be added to the game’s dedicated mode. A number of team kits have also been updated in line with their current use"..

What do you think?

I changed the name of the edited file to 20 but it just shows as corrupted data

Konami have assured everyone that the DLCs this year wil NOT muck up OF.

I'm fairly disappointed by the unfortunate turn of events regarding the WENB option file. But As Rainey says, the UK version just came out and who would have predicted that there would be a difference. He has put in a lot of work and I'm sure we will have an excellent 20 OF. Thanks for all your efforts so far Rainey, and looking forward to the UK option file when its ready.

i have -20 version... if i start a ML today, will the ML data still be there once i load the -20 OF when it's released or will i have to start a new ML?

We have established that this file will only work with version ending 021 until the new version comes out that works with 020.
Can everyone stop adding pointless posts that A) Ask what code it will work with and B) stop asking when it will be ready and saying "i want this file"

IMO its no bad thing mate, yes we cannot get the option file right now, but it does look like we have the official UK version
