That's London slang for...in fact, let me break it down. One line at a time.

"blap" - Random impact word, equivalent of shouting "Yeah!" at something. Occasionally can be like "'Ave It!"

"manz lovin we8 still" - He likes Winning Eleven 8. The "still" is quite irrelevant, it doesn't actually refer to longevity in any way.

"my street name is ransik" - Fairly obvious.

"manz thinks dis site deep still" - He thinks this website is good. Again, the "still" is irrelevant, and has no reference to longevity.

As a side note, ransik - talking like that will get you hated on quickly here. We prefer accessible English. Talking in over-slang all day long that only Londoners will understand will get you nowhere.

If he hadn't of used "deep" - or a different word in place of it - then the sentence would comprise of "manz thinks dis site still."

Which would make no sense, as there's no opinion of the site there. Clearly the boy thinks the site is deep, in a good way.

It's too obvious I meant he should replace the word. The sentence would even make less sense. Why would I want the sentence to make less sense ?

p.s A good replacement word would be ''nang'' , ''serious'', ''sick'', ''wicked''. Hopefully that clears things up still .
