No. You can't take out players that were in the wall by default. You can only add players, then remove the players you added.

It doesn't work with some freekicks, for example for the freekicks that have 1 player as wall by default (far from the goal or from the middle etc.) and it doesn't work with freekicks that don't have any players in the wall by default. Also you need to use it before/while the free kick taker starts/is running.
