Hey there could someone tell me how can i convert my fav fan chants and music to adx so i could import them into the PES 4 for PC? HELP!!!:)

I also wanna make my own music for PES4 but hav only foreign version of wav2adx converter and cant find an english 1. Can any1 help me? Thats all I need as I hav files converted from mp3, cut down and converted to wav, just need help with the final step then I can add them to game. Any1 out there help please!!
