How come there is two Rooneys and is it possible to lower the stats and make him a promising player.

because the appearance and stats of the two rooneys are different, 2 different peoples views on him. and yes, you can do what you like with the stats... just lower them all yourself

You can't create any promising players. You have to use the ones given.

Zygalski - i thought you could edit the promising players tho cant you?? arent they in the freelance thing in edit mode. I'm thinking about choosing 16 (or however big the squad is u start with on ML) and making them all promising english players

Promising players are the ones which have a little green plant thingy next to their name and they appear in the freelance section at random during the ML season. They can't be found in edit mode.

Unless you mean another type of player?

Rooney has got a skinhead now and there is a more accurate face on the game than that one.

The England team in WE7 features Owen, Rooney and Joe Cole all as skinheads. Not very easy to distinguish between them by looking. Oi - get your own haircuts!!
