Ways to improve on PES 2010

-There needs to be handballs. They are a part of soccer. I had a play where I crossed it into the box, the defender went up to head it away, and it went off his forearm instead. It was a clear handball, even without looking at the replay, and it didn't feel right that it wasn't called.

-Make defenders more aggressive. The back line plays the passing lanes too much and rarely goes in for a tackle. This makes shots from distance and crossing from the wing a bit too easy. It also means that there are pretty much no penalty kicks.

-Make throw ins more realistic. As is throw ins are too simple. Maybe add quick throw ins, and the ability to switch to the player receiving the ball so you could move him around the pitch.

-Make free kicks easier. They seem too hard this year. I've gone multiple seasons without having scored one or having one scored on me by the computer AI.

-Add a weekly highlight show to Master League and Become A Legend modes. Having some sort of highlight show, with goals of the week and an update of the tables to see where you stand, would make these modes a lot more immersive. It'd also be great to see a play you made be shown on the highlight show.

1. inorder for handballs to be given they have to be intended, and thats not gona happen. YES its happened to me but if its a mistake by the player or a blasted shot, then if the CPU got a penalty you Would be Pissed.
on fifa a player has his arm by his side and u still get a freekick for handball, I for one do not want to see that.

2. I have NEVER played Below TOP PLAYER, but i see its too easy to set up attacks, once ur used to PES. but i get some penalties and its down to tricking the CPU... use skills eg. flicks and fake left turn right, fake shooting, and the Great ZZ360, try learning skills and you'll get them easy, and if ur looking for different senarios change ur game(plan)
i always switch it up and it makes the game more fun than robotic repetition.
i must mention that i have become an elite PES player, always beat online players of any rank by 4-0 or more and i often test out other methods of tactics and formations.... the formation to kill any match is Mourinho's 4-3-3 basic 4 at the back, then 2 DMF just out of the centre circle to either side (in own half), AMF just inside the centre circle, 2 SS on the edge of the AMF box, CF anywhere in the middle of the front line.
tactics are essential and i will make a video on this.
i do not use these tactics offline because i like the tough battles in master league, while still winning. i like to stick to the same style of play with the tradition of Juventus and sticking with the original team + some transfers to make my ideal future for the club.

3. i u start controlling the reciever of the throw online gamers will easily intercept and the free throw ability enables crafty long throws

4. hands down the best ideal... highlights show, my ps3 is barely working when i play PES so there is sooo much they can do. but they might just preserve a little so it does not crash Xbox systems like Rockstar* games
konami have already added the fact that you can see all results, which is not too hard, but to recreate scenes is maybe too much for every week, but maybe a Goal of The Season Show would do?

i think everything else you have put forward has no holes, and is achievable

For everyone else. i do create Patches myself and im planing to make videos on how to instll these and ofcourse previews of my work - all for free.
i make the updates within a week of buying the game, which itself is in a week when it is released. i havent really been keen on giving my patches out but i feel its at a quality no-one can really argue with

all team names Real
all premiership Team kits done WITH sponsor, some spanish
National team updates... formation, tactics, team - german, japan
new players Khedira, Badstuber... with picture faces
boots for many players fixed, not all
picture faces- de ceglie, pjanic
i do any requests, faces, teams club/nation(max 1 per person), kits, ideal tactics to win any match(depends on team... not 1 formula)

1. How long have you been playing PES?

About five years.

2. What are the aspects that you like most about PES?

That it strives to simulate the sport.

3. What are the aspects that you don’t like about PES?

Here's some things that stick out to me as ways to improve on PES 2010, in no particular order (and I may add to this over time as I think of more things):

-There needs to be handballs. They are a part of soccer. I had a play where I crossed it into the box, the defender went up to head it away, and it went off his forearm instead. It was a clear handball, even without looking at the replay, and it didn't feel right that it wasn't called.

-Give users the ability to edit all kits, even licensed ones. In Master League and Become A Legend it doesn't make sense that teams use the same kits year after year. So giving people the option to edit all the kits would be an easy way to remedy this, or at least put in a slot for a third kit which people could customize to their liking.

-Give people a way to convert saved replays into actual video files. While it is nice to be able to save replays to the hard drive, it would be nicer to be able to easily convert them to actual video files and combine them into a video compilation to post on the web.

-Add the ability to copy partial data from edit files. This would make editing a lot easier and more user friendly.

- Better use of long passes / high passes. Playing the PES series for more then 10 years against many opponents of different play styles, I have come to notice that high passes or long passes are rarely being played to good use in the game. The fact that the difference in perspective of a gamer and a real football player kicking the real ball on the pitch makes a major difference too on the decision of making passes. In PES or I should say soccer games, the low pass is way too favourable an option to make a pass and this is especially true if the player has a good skill in ball control. It's a different story on the pitch as a player when factors such as fatigue, lack of quality midfielders, more quality in forwards then midfielders, coach's instruction, tall hunky strikers that has higher chances of receiving long passes...etc...etc can influence the passing decision of a player. Afterall, why would I want to risk losing possession with a long pass when I know the ball will almost always reach my targetted team mate with low passes. I wouldn't expect a revolutionary change on the passing system but would like to see something done to invite more variation in the passing aspect of the game.

if u play TOP PLAYER and you dont send all your players after the ball, you will get the CPU lifting the ball over your defence for a 1v1 stuation.
it happens to me every master league game.
BUT if you mean ONLINE i totally agree people just pass from side to side when theyre winning and it kills the game, and when attcking its safer to pass low, however if you can pick your passes then the high ball will destroy the opposition, especially if they dont expect it

-Make free kicks easier. They seem too hard this year. I've gone multiple seasons without having scored one or having one scored on me by the computer AI.

well on TOP PLAYER the Goalkeepers are superhuman, even the average ones, so i guess you can take good freekicks.
the trick is not the above 90 freekick accuracy, its about the way the kick is taken.
i play with Juventus and del piero has one of the best freekicks in the world, but in PES because he jogs (like pirlo) to the ball its always going top corner for me but the goalkeeper gets there easily... So i Now use Diego, he uses the short jumping kick (Xabi alonso) style which give the shot enough power to get to the goal before the keeper runs across
ive scored 6 freekicks in 2 seasons, only because i tend not to use Diego for freekicks, but when i do i expect a goal.

as for Become a Legend, i win the freekicks and SERIOUSLY 19/20 times the computer scores for me (im only 17 in-game) so im not sure whats up with that coz i just hold the ball up and invite the foul, the a goal is scored, Oh and i play for Grenoble Foot so its not even an average player im 60overall and i start games
