IMHO pes 2010 n we 2010 are very different game.

i always liked better and played winning eleven and not pes then i had the PS2.the problome was the game was Japanese so needed patch to translate it.anyway i didnt play we 2010 but im sure its better.

started playing WE on the psx when i was a kid. followed by ISS and PES on the PS2, and finally migrated to PC when 08 came along till now. I believe i've tried all except for some of the ISS series, and i gotta agree, WE is a totally different experience(way better) than PES and ISS.
too bad PES seems to be dominating the market nowadays. not saying it's not good. but it's quite 'meh' compared to the WE series.

I am not totally happy about buying it once, dont fancy a DP and paying for it twice, if WE is better they should patch PES to match it, if not and they continue to create a better game for their asian counterparts seabass should come round to my house and try and f me up the ass personally, then I can give him 2 liks side 'im head and deservedly so!

Yup, you are right, in malaysia we can buy any version as you like (ps3 ), for we 2010 only cost rm 175.00/per game.
yokoshinata@ just another question for you, do you find any option file for we2010?...since konami only updated for some roster and fews team champion league kits....I'm 200% sure will buy, if the We2010 option ready to download.

@ykl..hi ykl,yes i have use the option file on wesg.so far that is the only option file that i can get..i use the option file after i update the we2010 directly from ps3 that is official update from konami..

@bluechampion,,this is my opinion about the difference based on my playing pes2010 before and playing we2010 now :
1.response control,,
in pes2010 i cannot control the player freely,it seem like i need to wait 1-2 second to control the player,when turning my player, 70% my ball will get by the defender..
In we2010,that turning and waiting still feel,but very very very little,that make it realistic to play.
2.ai attack in we2010,i think it not like pes2010,more variation and not just pass,pass,and pass.sometime i see them make trick.
3.ai defend,,honestly not pretty sure about this,because in pes2010 honestly i cannot win easily,not because i cannot play good,but because i cannot hold the ball easily.when i hold the ball,3 or 4 defender will chase after me.
But in we2010,i can easily win,because i play very good,not because the defend is bad..sometime i am not pretty sure,when i play cup and meet a moderate team,and they play defensifly,i cannot score goal easily.
4.the real difference with pes2010 and we2010.
What i really feel about we2010 and very sure about it is: "it feel like we2010 is a patch or tweak version from pes2010".

After a couple of day playing we2010,,this is my conclusion about referee and goalkeeper.the referee and goalkeeper seem still same with pes2010,got different but very very very little bit only,still need rework by konami

@bluechampion,the animation is same,but yes it is smoother,but very very little bit.maybe the flow of the game that change the feel.
@bluechampion,do you play pes from ps2 days? Did you ever try we ps2 before?.and are you playing ps3 version since pes2008?
If yes then please tell me what you feel after you try we2010,i am pretty sure you will be in heaven.
we2010 is not all perfect game,but what i am talking about is the feeling after 2 year not playing the real we/pes,it feel like we are in heaven.
Honestly the passing and dribbling not same with we/pes from ps2 version,but in we2010 i feel it is improvement from ps2 day,better and need little polished.

Hallo everybody,i forget to inform you all one important information,
My review of playing we2010 is based on playing in normal long camera view,today i just trying wide camera view,and suddenly i know why some people said there is only slightly better on we2010 version.from my view,there is only feel slightly different also,but not very sure because i am not used to play wide camera view.
so maybe camera view also make some people opinion is different.

As i know,Formation only can save the formation and tactic slider,the other also go back to default,,and for the referee,i think it the same with pes2010.not sure.
In we2010 the control is very good,but maybe need to play in normal long camera view to feel it.very slightly different but make huge impact to the gameplay.

For offline playing there is a way to fix the formation saving bug. Go in to the Edit mode and select your team, then go in to Game Plan, and do your formations there. That will save your formation data for future offline play. I'm not sure if that will fix it for online play, coz I don't play online, (it's laggy enough offline)It's a ridiculous bug that they should have fixed with the last patch. Anyway, that saves your formations for offline play
Edit: The referees are dreaful, damn theres no way of fixing them :crymore:
ya kalo bisa dijual aja pes2010nya,kmrn gw jual 350rb nga ada kotak n manual,lalu beli we2010 skitar 500rb.kalo ada baca post gw yg banyak di atas sebelumnya pasti berharga kali deh kalo coba main we2010.
dan kalo uda coba, n rasa bagus,tolong kasi tau org sini donk,pada nga ada yg percaya ama gw
