WE 8 Int. Commentary - Team Names

In Winning Eleven 8 International, I can change a team's name, but I can't find the option for changing the name the commentators say. I know in Winning Eleven 7 Int. this option was available. For instance, I could rename "West London Blue" Chelsea, and also could select from a list to have the commentators call the club Chelsea. So in games, the commentator would say "Chelsea" and not "West London Blue." Did they take this option out in WE8 (which would be stupid) or am I just missing it.

I never knew you could rename the commentary names' of teams....wouldnt that be illegal as they never had the license for Chelsea or whatever?
