what do u do with file once u have downloaded it

hello, i just downloaded 2Die4U english patch for winning eleven 7 but i am new to patching so what do u do once u have download it

apply it using th appropriate program either ppf o matic or afs explorer. does it work siread?

Yes the patch works but is a little tricky to apply.

1.Copy your original disk to an image file.
2.Use PPF-O-MATIC3 to patch the image file.
3.Use CDMage to extract all files and folders from the image file.
4.Use Nero to burn the extracted files straight to a cd-r.

The main menus are not translated and the Master League is still unplayable but in game menus, tactics, edit menu, match stats are all translated. Great work 2Die4U!

hi yes it has worked for me to i used achohol 120 to get image and burn back and its worked 1st time, i also uses ppf 3.0 for this

Indeed, the patch works, and I don't want to sound like a ungreatfull git, but the patch doesnt really patch much.

Player names are still in Japanese.

Master League is still Jap.

Kits and everything else is same.

If your still intrested I patched by, ........

1.Backed up original bin.

2.Ran PPF o matic version 3, browsed to bin file, and browsed to PPF file, patch inserted into bin.

3. Burn new bin with nero @16x.

4. Loaded new disc, it failed, so I had to ......

Load up unpatched disc,

Get to main menu,

Insert patched disc.

done.

My advise, wait for wedoit patch....

Why wait for WeDoIt? At least you can set tactics and understand the pause menu by using this patch in the meantime? Nobody was expecting 100% translation with uptodate kits and squads this soon.

wedoit are making a patch as we speak, i went on their forums and their was loads of huge speculation about a patch before the end of the month. WE6Fe was released 12/12/02 and a patch was out by 28/12/02

me also. i am just so anxious to play with a patch. A patch, along with the new gameplay and animations, we have a fifa beater.

There will be no such thing as new gameplay or animations in a patch, dude. They could possible try to mess with it but no-one knows that kind of stuff about the game yet as they have enough problems with translating. Hope they remember to translate the training menus as not all do.

I can't wait for the wedoit versions as they always rule (even if Michelle Branch replay music isn't always suitable....)
