Bumping for all Europeans who are getting the real game today in the stores, they'll need to know this:

Prague (not Praha) = Sparta Prague
Ill De France (not Normandie) = Paris St. Germain
Emilia Sud (not I Dotti) = Bologna
Longobardi = Brescia
Vaneto (not I Mussi) = Chievo Verona
Lombardia = Inter Milan
Umbria (not Tiberina) = Perugia
Abruzzi (not Triveneto) = Udinese

I found the names by looking down the old Club name lists, which are in the same order, but i posted this in case some are confused (as i was at first).
