that goes for me also, i really wanna know what finishing 1 on 1 is like, can you just place it with inside foot, or does he slice and jump into air and blast it wide?

and lastly how easy are the menus to get to where you want to go? is it easyish to get into a match and stuff!

when you select a team do you select from different leagues or do u just have to choose from like 100 items on the screen?

you could always place the ball its just a little difficult especially when everyone seems to think that the bar is for power when it is mainly for height. if you just tap the shoot button you will. i always do it. its just that some players are better at finishing like that cause they have a better accuracy. others who have good power are better for blasting it e.g. vieri

I'm Dutch and although I am descent in my written and spoken English, this makes me dazzle a bit :) What method works best, preferably without having to open / modify my PS2? The Slide card method? If so, i'll make sure to get after it tomorrow and see to buy or order one somehow.

I dont want to go offtopic to much, so if it is necessary i'll go to the above mentioned thread.. thanks again!

yeah but it doesnt do a side foot it still uses the insole we want the guy to pass it past the keeper instead of blasting it along the ground. i just think it would be really gd

Right just played another game. Man U (me) vs Arsenal. 4*

I'm finding it quite hard to do decent shots, I just need practice. The match went into extra time. RVN got fouled on the edge of the box, my player went running over, ref held him back. RVN was holding his ankle, then you can see him being stretchered off, sitting up. The match carried on and I realised he was missing! Anyway I looked around and he was sitting at the side of the pitch holding his leg lol :D Then about 5 mins (game time) later, a green icon with an arrow appeared on the screen and on came RVN. Brilliant :D

Gameplay wise, its pretty hard to get a decent shot in, most of my shots seem to just be along the floor.

I'll try more now and check the leagues etc. But when selecting your team, its Internationals on first page. R1 and you go to Club teams (english, french and german). R1 again and you have the 3 licensed league teams. And R1 some more you have the other teams.

yes, exactly, i know you can tap it, and place it, thats not what im askin, i wanna know if he scuffs it with the outside of his foot, or if he does an henry curler. it'd be amazing.

basically my question is...........

when finishing 1 on 1, is it possible to just slot it with the inside of the foot?

anyway enough tok about the side-foot finishing. how do the defenders react to attacking by the opposition. do they just wonder around openinng big gaps for the striker to run into or do they actually make it difficult for the attacker to get past

me n u seem to be on same wavelength scharf.........ok, for people who have it.................

henry, coming in at an angle and in real life, uses instep of right foot to curl it low past keepers left, but in winning eleven previous(especially 7i) same situation, but instead of using right foot curler with instep, uses this guff little outside of left foot shot. so so so unnatural.

yeah they used to do that to much in pes3 it used to piss me off to concede to my big headed cousin

Still trying to get in a 1 vs 1 position, played first half Real vs AC so far. Gonna try 1 vs 1. And inside foot shots this half.

Good think though, if you stop using R1. Tap R1 + L1. The player will touch the ball just in front of him to set up a shot, by doing this your shots are more accurate supposedly. I haven't mastered it yet :p
