-HOW TO APPLY-
You can ONLY apply this patch by rebuilding an ISO.
Please refer to 'HOWTO' guide that is provided for the detailed information.
OR if you know what you are doing, here is a quick guide on 'How-To'...
Once you have extracted all the files from a clean ISO of WE9 using Apache v2,
replace O_Text.afs, O_Sound.afs, J_Text.afs, SLPM_660.09 and OVER.afs with my files
and make an ISO using DkZ Studio then burn it at a lower speed (*2).

If you want to patch DERRTY ver., just use J_Text.afs from J_TEXT_DERRTY_ver.rar with other files from COMPLETE ver.
(Use my OF that is provided or create a new OF otherwise the kits won't show properly)

[05.11.2005 2:00PM NZ Time] I have been working on a new patch(s) over the last 3 weeks and it is nearly ready to be released. This time, I have done a lot of work on the in-game music and graphics. However, I have decided to stick to the orginal team layout of KONAMI so there won't be any promoted teams in this new patch(s). In fact, many aspects of the new patch(s) are from the original WE9 but the music and graphics are nicely moderated by Blue Cubic Design LTD.
Based on many mix patches, this patch will be the only patch you will ever gonna need for your maximum WE9 experience!!!

You can get Action Replay Max cd, and use any usb key. Just move the Max file to the USB key, load it with the Action Replay Max, and then uncrush the MAX file into your Memory Card. You don't need to buy a Max Drive. You only need Action Replay Max CD.

Where can I get it (Max CD)? I mean what stores? not online ones. Also what if I dont have this option file? what does it change in the patch. is there any way to convert this OF to bin/cue. also why my AC Milan away uniform is all messed up. it is like all white mixed with red color on it.

AC Milan? Not that I know of...may be you are using your own OF...
You will have to use my OF or just start a fresh new one in order to view kits properly...
With Action Replay MAX thingi...I don't know man..just search for it on the net or don;t use my OF...you don't have to use it..Nothing changes to the patch even though you don't use my OF...
