we9 editing tools?

are there any new editing tools for we9 yet?
i have graphic studio and afs explorer but they dont show the kits. they only show a few things like footballs, and stadiums and stuff. im desperate to get started on a patch of my own.
and another thing, why did konami make rangers licenced and not celtic. that is the biggest load of b****cks i have ever seen.

It seems that inserting kits into WE9 and PES5 is not possible due to the fact that only licensed teams have their own 'space' in the O_TEXT.AFS and that there is no 'default' kit for every team.

We will have to just pray that this is not the case or that someone like Obocaman can decrypt the UNI.bins and the param.dat.bin as this is now encrypted as well. Shit news if it turns out to be true.

Surely Konami know that people patch their games and it is their favour if we do. If patching wasn possible many more people would turn to the licenses and Fifa - why do they try and make it more difficult?

I really don't know why they would do such a thing and I am hoping and praying (as is the rest of the community) that the first impressions are wrong and that kit insertion will be possible soon.

I've been searching my as off and I can't find any information on how to acctually edit we9, like Fernando with his english patch. If for example I want to change a player name, what tools do I use and what files do I edit?!

At the moment there are no tools available to patch/edit WE9 so we will all have to wait a while longer. But I know that all of the big names in the community (warpjavier, obocaman etc) are all working frantically to decrypt the kits and make it possible to patch. But I have also heard talk about it not being possible to insert a kit for an un-licensed team at all..............................

i have found some kits in the 0_text file and inserted some kits into the file...mind you we shall see if they take or not i will post the results later on in the week
