I have been looking everywhere for news about WE9 for PC being delayed. When I goto Konami's website it says that Feb. 7th is the release date for all platforms (except Xbox 360). I then goto ebgames website and it shows the release date for 4/4/2006 and then another online gaming store (gamestop) doesnt even show it as being available to order. Has anyone heard information about a possible release date?

BTW I did buy it for PSP cant wait to try it out.

Gamespot and EBgames show the PC version as not being available until APRIL 4!!!!!!! Whats up with that Konami?

No offense, but why wait for WE9 on the PC when it's the same game as PES 5 which has been out for months and there's already dozens of great patches and Option files available for PES 5. There are online tores you can use to import the game if you live in America.

because according to Konami the PC version was supposed to be released already alongside its xbox and ps2 counterparts.

Its a sad state of affairs, and bad for business, when nobody seems to know.

Guaranteed the day after i order PES5 (which i would have done months ago if i could find a place that ships to Canada) WE9i will arrive at my local BestBuy.

I preordered WE9 at EB a couple of months ago. I show up on Feb 7 to pick up my game, and they look and tell me it's comming out the next day. Oh well I think to myself, I've waited this long, whats one more day. So when I go back the next day to get it, they tell me its not comming out until April. Man I was MAD. They called Gamestop (which has just merged with EB) and they said they didn't have it listed.

The last time I went to a GameStop here they had gotten rid of all of their pc games. Anyway, I got my money back and came home and ordered PES off of Ebay.

Can anyone confirm for me that I will be able to play against my friends in England with that game? I would assume I can, but I'd like some reassurance.

By the way, it would be decent of Konami if they would actually tell people whats going on. It really sucks for those of us who waited so long just to get screwed over on the day it came out. Nobody seems to care about pc gamers anymore.

I suppose just like the difference versions for PS, XBox, PSP etc. There are separate versions for Japan, Europe and America as well. Almost the same in the game, may be more update players' data for latest version.:D

I'm currently in the States... and was forces initially to look for WE9 PC

I found it (WE9 - pc) on Amazon.com and ordered it... it says an estimate "delivery" date of March 1st - March 8th.

well...i kept the order, then after giving it more thought! I have plenty of frens in England that play the game.. and I would love to play with them... so I went ahead and make another other for PES5 - PC. I honestly dont care abt ordering both... as long as I get one of them and will be happy with the online experience :)

this is my first post here, I'm originally from Kuwait. I've been playing the WE franchise since Winning Eleven 3 Final Version on the PS1. Never missed a version of the game ever since.... played em all of the PlayStation, and PS2. Switched to the PC after I moved to the states :p and my PS2 wz fried. haha... I hope to get my online thing going soon.. and hope to see you guys online for some footie action!

u guys know nothing about pes and we9 pc

pes 5 and we9 are compactible. my friend received on on the 7th of feb, and he plays online with his we9. the only thing is that he plays against people with pes 5. i think konami saw the problem thats why they do not want to release it. but my friend played some one with we9. and for those of u saying that the we 9 on torrents is fake, u are absolutely wrong. download it and see for ur self. dont ask me whwrw i saw the we9 intl pc. enjoy.
