How to apply the patch :
You need to regenerate an Iso with the new files. With Nero, or using this method :
Needed tools :
CD/DVDGEN
APACHE/APACHE 2
1-Create an empty folder, WE9 for example, use APACHE to exctract all the files of your WE9 ISO : File>Extract>All
2-Open the downloaded .rars and extract the files
3-Replace the following files O_SOUND, 0_TEXT, J_TEXT, SLPM_66009 and WE9_OP from the WE9 folder, with the one extracted above
4-Open CD/DVDGEN : CREATE NEW PROJECT>DVD-ROM MASTER DISC
5-Take the extracted files from the iso and import them in the CD/DVDGEN window (by drag and drop from the window browser inside your CD/DVDGEN window)
6-In Volume, put Disc Name : SLPM 66009, VOLUME : WE9
7-Then push RECORD on top right, save the IML file : call it WE9.iml, you'll get 2 error messages, press OK twice
8-Then File>Export Image, specify WE9 as filename, and wait till the software's done
9-You need to recompile the files, in order to do so, open a command window (start>execute>cmd)
10-Be sure to be in the right folder where the files are located
11-And type the following line : copy / b WE9.000 + WE9.001 WE9.ISO
12-Your iso is ready, you're good to go

IF ANYBODY WANTS TO USE SOME OF OUR MATERIAL (MEANING OUR EXCLUSIF WORK, SUCH AS FACES, SOME STADIUMS AND KITS) PLEASE ASK FOR PERMISSION FIRST.
PS:
1-You need to use the option file given above or you won't notice any changes, you won't see the new kits and the new faces, it is furthermore needed because PSG and AS monaco switched places in order to gain some chants.
2-We are aware that there is a small bug, you could experience some messed up kits after going in the edit mode to modify teams or players, make all your changes at the same time, and then reboot the game, it'll work fine.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience, we couldn't fix it without taking too much time which we don't have anymore
3-We will not answer to any innappropriate post, since the release we have been experiencing a lot of remarks coming from people we will not mention.
Particular people thinking we've used others works like kits coming from other patches that we've inserted directly in our afs. Which is completely wrong, all the kits have been collected through evo web and other forums, palettes were redone to make shared kits and no patch has been used to make any of the graphic files. Some people seem to think this is a competition, we only do this for pleasure, so we will not answer to those jealous people.
We have stated all the sources we used to make the patch, if an author has been forgotten, we are sorry and will be glad to fix it.
