WEmerica has stopped all his v4.0 torrent dl's
and on the 26/09/05 released his new versions;

UPDATE:
oleteam forum has officially released the 4.0 FINAL version,
this was 26/09/05 @ 18:30 CET. About 5hrs later than PESInsight.
Reason for not posting sooner about it was that they gave priority
to the patch not the forum for us the users.
Well that's what I understand as it's in french.
No comments on what was wrong with previous v4.0.

no mention on oleteam forum that WEmerica's downloads
have been banned, stopped or corrupted, just be patient.

What does the topic title say? Dosen't it say 'for WE9'?
I ask because there is no other WE9 only the jap one.

Anyway if you are intrested in patching/modifing your WE9
