Weird Advertising Problem

Just trying to find out why every so often advertisements for the TAC keep popping up in my ML game (black ads with 'Drug Drive' or 'Dont get smashed'). They seem to override my custom adboards and pop up in the replays, which is annoying. The funny thing is that they only pop up every so often. Is this meant to be happening or is this a virus of some kind? Is it possible to remove this ingame advertising altogether (ie. from the loading screens and replay screens for example)?
