If you type in the four digets from 1999 up you can decrease the abilities of all the players on individual teams by 5 points

E.G. type in 1 9 9 9 and it will ask you if ou want to decrease the abilities of all the players on Austria by 5 points.

this goes on up into 2150 i think but you can do it for every team. just increase the number by one.
