Weird looking shadow when playing...please look

I don't know if its just me, but when im playing on most different stadiums and different conditions, there seems to be like a lens shadow effect around each corner of my screen, you can see it in different stadiums as well, its as if a camera is actually recording the game and there are slight shadows on the bottom right/left corner and upper right/left corner....... Has anyone noticed this ?

Its not as if I have a faulty disc or anything ?

i dont quite know what your talking about but as you say diffrent stadiums and conditons it might be part of the game like in rain.

Hey dan, thanks for the reply. It's hard to explain. Best way to explain it would be to think of looking at your TV set and to draw an imaginery circle around the inside of the TV screen. When you draw the circle inside a rectangle, you get the outside parts that are cut off, and this is what im talking about, its very very slight around the corners.......

Can someone please look at this and let me know if you have the same thing

I've never noticed it until I tried installing the game on a computer with an older graphics card. I think the issue due to lack of color depth in the rendering -- either because of the game set to 'Low' in the graphics details settings or because your monitor is displaying at 16-bit and not 32-bit colors.

The latter problem can be fixed by changing to 32-bit color depth in Display Properties. The former can be remedied by getting a better video card.

If you have this problem on an X360 or a PS3, maybe it's a problem with your TV color settings or your cables.

I've noticed the exact same thing on my TV mate. I even posted it up on the technical part of the forum a few days ago.

Sometimes you can hardly notice it but when I play in the sunshine it is far more obvious.

Apparently it's something to do with LCD TV's and the fact that some of them can't cope with the fading colours on the edge of the screen? At least that's basically what my Bro-in-law told me and he works in AV.

I've just started to ignore it now and it's very rare that I notice it.

Def not screen burn as it's not there in any other game or when I watch TV.
