Weird Negotiations Problem..

I don't know if this is a bug or not..
During the transfer window when I check my team some players have teams who are in contact with them.
The weird thing is that at the end of the window a negotiations broke down message will appear even though no bid ever appeared in the ongoing negotiations menu(or in my team menu).

This has become an issue since after a few seasons I can barely sell anybody.
Is this a known issue? I tried searching but I could not find anything about this problem.

I also got this. At the end of the negotiation period, "transfer negotiation broke down : Schmidt". I was like, did I received some sort of offer? I checked back as I had a save from the previous week, and i think it is just a bug/glitch/call it whatever you want. It doesn't interfere much with the game, I believe.

Yeah, it happens when the AI can't "negotiate" an offer in time, and the window closes. Really annoying, as you can enter into negotiations to buy a player on the next to last segment of the window and have a response on deadline day , but the AI will be "in contact" over one of your players for a month and a half, but you'll never get an actual offer!

I put a youth on the loan list in the last off-season, and a half-week into the window, there were three teams in contact. Every couple weeks the teams in contact would change, and by the last day, there was only one left who had "contacted" us the week before, but still no offer and I couldn't get a deal for the kid, so now he's riding the bench. Where did all the offers go? I don't like the idea that the "scout" or whoever can reject them out of hand, as I would've gladly let the kid go out on loan for pennies!

Though it's a bit of a different problem, it seems to me that selling players is nigh impossible after four seasons or so. Basically, I'm forced to throw good players in the trash every year in the name of space. :^/

I think that's happen because our player don't want to go from club..

so the AI's scout can't make an offer to us...
