Yes he is, but it's easily fixed in the edit mode. Just transfer him to Sao Paolo

Yes, and to be fair its understandable he is. The January transfer window closed 6 weeks ago and thats probably the limit Konami based their update on. Any players transferring all the way in March (Brazilian league, Russian league, etc) will obviously not be in the update. Some people call that a mistake but in that aspect there is nothing Konami could have done (update was probably already sent to Microsoft a couple of weeks ago).

Now we just have to hope there will be another update before the summer that rounds up any missing transfers and hopefully stuff like national teams and player stats...
