This should import the kits without any problems?

it says that because u need to reduce the image bit depth ur trying to import to 8bit, i.e. 256 colours, use a grpahcis program liek paint shop pro, choose image, decrease colur depth to 4/8 bit and put 200 colurs in the box that loads up and click okay, save as a bitmap then import, should have no probs

Yeah, the size is important, it must be 512x256 for big files and 256x128 for small kits, and colour depth 8, I´m using IfranView, just go to Image, Reduce color depth and click ok.
