Completed Mirror's Edge yesterday. An all right game but very short.

I was playing it on normal and not using guns to get a Trophy and the only real point I got stuck at was a bit on the last level, which I managed to reach on the day I got the game. Hadn't played the game for a week and decided to just finish it then I found out that the bit I was stuck on was basically the end (No boss). Walk through a few doors and that was it. The plot was meh and the ending was a bit crap. The game had a lot of potential with innovative gameplay but failed on the basics, similar to Assassin's Creed.

I'm now playing The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. I have it for the PC but put off playing it due to the lag and decided to play the PS3 version (Which I got free) and I am getting hooked to the game.

As stated, I did have it for the PC but never got far because it was too laggy. I got it free off of someone for the PS3 and decided to play it again and although the lag is still there, I am enjoying it more. Although it is annoying every couple of steps during the world map and it keeps coming up with "loading area". I thought Blu-Ray is suppose to be better! My arse. :D

Fifa 09. Started manager mode with Stoke City. Signed Rafael, Garrido and I hope to get Jonny Evans. I drew my first game vs. Everton 1-1 and it's 0-0 at the minute between me and West Ham.

Signing players is really easy on Fifa :eek:hmy::erm:

EDIT: 1-0 Kitson :smug: And I've signed Jonny Evans. Get in!

Pure and Midnight Club LA.

I'm really starting to get back into Pure now, it's a class game and really enjoying, although it can get frustrating when you don't win.

What difficulty/half length you playing on?

I've just moved up to Legendary, so will be starting a game soon.

Professional at the minute. If I win quite a few games, then I'll probably move up to World Class.

However I have lost 4-2 to Portsmouth, 5-2 Man Utd and 1-0 Chelsea. So now I'm in the bottom half of the table.

Stoke have a pretty good squad so hopefully I'll be able to stay up. I tried getting Joe Ledley, Kazim Kazim and Alan Smith but the window closed :faceplm:

Lego Batman. It's great. :dancer:

Better than Indiana Jones, but not quite as good as Star Wars The Complete Saga. The new ideas are good, but there does need to be something different added to the next one for these games not to be considered stale. Replayability is there as always.

Wait...
Trying to get into Fallout 3. I spent about an hour roaming around the place exploring, then came across this massive super mutant things. I managed to kill them and carried on exploring. I came across this town in ruins and this giant fucking mutant Deathclaw thing ran over to me and killed me with one swipe. I seem to be running out of ammo too rather quickly. I suppose I'd better get back to the story missions.

I've not bothered with the offline mode yet; been too busy ripping it up online. Got my first friend request from being awesome at Left4Dead earlier on.:smug: I've got my birthday coming soon so I'm thinking of getting some more 360 games as my current collection is pretty dire. Any recommendations for games coming out soon or class games that are already out?

Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe is one of my favourites at the moment. Call of Duty World at War is very good aswell. If you like racing games give Need for Speed undercover a try, it's better than Midnight Club

I went off the Need for Speed series after my mate got one of them (maybe Underground?) and it didn't have offline co-op mode like in Need For Speed III: Hot Pursuit - possibly the best racing/driving game on the PC ever, due to the sheer wealth of add-ons available. Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe doesn't really interest me either. However, having played the beta for CoD: World at War and thinking it was quite good, I may get that. Have you played Gears of War 2 at all?

Back to what I'm currently playing, I decided to start playing Premier Manager 99 again, mainly because it's the type of game you can just load up and start playing for a couple of hours and finish 10 seasons. I also downloaded Crash Bandicoot on the PS3 a while back. :faceplm:
