Operation Flashpoint Red River.

It's pretty good actually, very tactical and I love how there's no set way of completing each mission. It's not like Call of Duty where everything is scripted, there's just an objective and you have to complete it anyway you want. Its pretty hard though. Get shot in legs or arms and you start to bleed and if you don't heal yourself you die and 2 in the chest or 1 in the face is enough to kill you straight up.

The controls for controlling your squad of 3 can get a bit annoying when your being shot at but I think it will take some time to get use to. And the missions last quite a while takes me about 40 mins each mission. Really enjoying it atm.

I always thought that Yakuza was crap.... but it does seem to be a very "Marmite" type game though.

I love it, the only way it could be better was if it was a true free roam game with the ability to start fights in the middle of the street with anyone, but I suppose the Yakuza are supposed to be respectable criminals not hoodlums.

Just had an awesome chapter where the whole of it was a mass brawl in Kamurucho as the Chinese Triads had stormed in trying to draw Kazuma out. Brilliantly drawn out fight!!

Personally I think you'd end up losing some direction if they did that. the Yakuza games have a strong enough story to not need it. When you look at the best free roam games, no-one really cares too much about the story, just what you can dick about at.

I agree, the story is the most important aspect of this game. I mean i sat down for half hour last night and I think I played the game for 5 minutes, the rest was me Date and a politician sitting in a room talking, but I loved every moment of it!

Alot of Yakuza loving in here. I played the Demo for Yakuza 3 and I'll be frank, I thought it was repetitive garbage. I was probably missing it for what it was, a no brainer brawl fest not to be taken seriously.

I quite enjoyed SEGA Racing with Sonic and friends so its horses for courses.

Quite frankly, no. The story is straight down the line serious and awesome. The demo didn't show off any of the storyline whatsoever. I'll admit I wasn't too impressed with the demo, but at £7 pre-owned it was worth a gamble.

Anonymous doesn't exist. I hate that faggot terminology.

Maybe I'll give it a sniff then if its as cheap as that.

Aye, I lifted that report off google news, 'Anonymous' seems quite lazy reporting.

I've been tempted to get back into playing FO: NV. Maybe I could use this PSN downage as an opportunity to do so.

Finished Yakuza 3. The last chapter was epic, from the mass brawl at the Hospital entrance, up to the OMG ending/epilogue.

I'm gonna pick up Yakuza 4 next week.

I'm currently playing, and loving every minute of Red Dead Redemption again. I only maybe reached around 30% previously before deciding to sell it while it was still popular, but since then I've developed a lot more patience and a growing intrigue of the West.

I also have a spare copy of Red Dead Redemption for the Xbox 360, complete with game case, instructions booklet, and map, all in excellent condition if anyone is interested. It might help me avoid Ebay fees, plus I'd rather someone on here receive it should they be interested.

Yeah I stuck on Red Dead last night as well. Set a challenge - try and make it on foot from Cochinay to the far side of Mexico (where the small port is) in Zombie Nightmare, and you can only use dead-eye on animals. I took the coward's way and bypassed the Tall Trees. I made it to near Fort Mercer before I decided to try and run through Jorge's Gap. Inevitably I didn't make it.

The worst place is the "zombie corridor". Is that Jorge's Gap?

I've never played the Zombie game, but do you have to pay extra for it?

Yeah... but it's worth it for the price you pay. I think it's less than 10 quid, and it's as long as some full price games.

Is that the gap that is filled with a ton of zombies? I remember riding my horse on one of the hills either side of it and then decided to go down and mow all of them down with one of the horses of the apocalypse.
