Its the fitness or form arrows. Red is good, orange is above average, green is average, blue is below average, purple is bad.

I also have a question about injuries. Lampard was out for a week but I didn't see any "injury" sign on the squad list. Is there a sign for injuries?

Yes its the plus sign instead of a form arrow for an injured player. Yellow is a minor knock, red is a major injury.

Injuries were a big rarity in PES12 & it seems to be the same in 13 too. I've only ever had one player out with injury for 1 game & that was Stankovic.
