Basically, there's a reputation block system around here, where the more positive (+) reputation you receive (from your fellow members) the more rep points you will have to your name, and over time, if you carry on making a good contribution that 1 blue block of yours will go up to 2 and so forth, if you earn it of course... Think the blue blocks go up to something like 12, I'm not sure though.

If you do the opposite and the community see you as a bad member, then they give you negative (-) reputation which will therefore decrease the amount of points you have. You get below 0 points and it's likely you'd have a red block under your name, goes up to 3 aswell...

It's quite annoying when you want to give rep to a member who's made another great post, but if you've given it him already recently, it'll ask you to 'spead before giving to this member again'

I think he meant the other one - you see how he has three yellow blocks under his name where, until later, you've got an Elite bar?

Gaher, that one simply fills up the more you post. There's no real point to it.
