probably ferdinand.

he is so good at casualy tackling strikers
giggs and keane come just behind him.

keane is able to keep up with the fastest of players because of his mentality and team work attributes.

Gerrard protects the defence most of the time. tho not great stats

Tell me i'm wrong, but Diego Forlan, scored some long range beauties, dont have the best of stats, but i seem to hit more goals with him than RVN. oh and Keano is class!!, breaks up play, sets it up, arrives late for a shot on goal, fantastic stuff!!

There's a new thread explaining the statistical changes that the arrows make. It's quite a lot!

Gerrard is great too.

Cannavaro (no surprise really) and Kewell (bit of a surprise)
Henry and Eusebio as my striking pairing has really impressed

Samuel has disappointed me seeing as he has really good stats

Lee Young Pyo, Inamoto, Madhakiva (incredible player), Kapo, Vussel (called Vonel in ps3), Bilica (italian defender). There's a lot of unknowed players that really impress. Let's put more "surprising" players, we all know that Totti, Ronaldo and co. play great there's no value on telling that.
