What Is The Most Useless Move in PES3?

Hello all. I'm new here, but not to the game! ;)

What do you guys think the most pointless move in the game is?

Although I believe PES3 is very well balanced and there can always be a situation for when a move is used, I'd have to say the 360 spin is quite pointless. Many a time I have found myself sprinting towards goal with only one defender ahead of me. I like to make my goals as aesthetically pleasing as possible ;) , and I've found that busting a 360 spin won't get you past the defender. Usually, the ball is just clipped away from under me, or my striker will manage to lose the ball mid-spin ??

Yeah probably the spin.
Looks cool but haven't really brought it to any use yet.

My player would just spin straight into the opponent, fall, and let them counter-attack.

Almost forgot also, welcome here FakeAccount!!!

I can use the 360 to get round defenders and goalkeepers. The key is timing.

The most usless move for me is the stepover, because it is purely aesthetic, there's no real advantage for using it at all.

Forgotten that.
Show off stepovers, but most of the time they get knocked off the ball.

Is it to trick the opponent into which way U're going?

You'd have thought that if Konami were going to introduce stepovers, then you could actually use them to beat defenders. But you can't, when you're midway through your stepover they just stick a leg out and tackle you.

In ISS:pE2 for the PSOne you could step sideways right after you finish your stepovers, handy for getting past an opponent or making room to get a shot in.

I use double-stepovers, don't know how to do triple by the way...

Teach me if U want, I would not be using them much...

The most useless move by Komani was to include a user manual with the game.

It is fairly obvious from the general questions thread that no one has read it. I have...and it's shite.

Stepovers are used to fool the defender, i do the stepovers alot and they end up fouling me cos they can't get through to the ball.

so far the manual pass has been very pointless for me, apart from the trainning stuff that I finished I never used it

I agree!!!, i have never once used the manual pass since getting the game.

Talks abt common sense things.
I only use it for moves and instructions.

The point is that the user manual should be a one stop bible for the game.

I printed off the PESfan manual that they put together and while I have the feeling that there is a high bullshit factor it still tells me more about the game than the official manual.

I think that is a disgrace.

i use the L1 stepovers every game. I dunno if they confuse the defense, but they draw me some penalties.

I like to run towards a defender, do some stepovers and then jam R2+diagonal at the right moment, and it seems to leave them in the dust more than when i just R2+diaganol without stepover.

The greatest pleasure is using it vs your friends cuz they get pissed and it maks them aggresive and foul-laden.

To those who use the R2 stepovers - I cant figure out the most effective way to use them. Please explain a sequence where you use them and how. Do you use in a startihgt line, or at an angle?
