What is the purpose of a Kitserver?

I have been wanting to ask for a long time. Just what is a kitserver.
If the option file already has all the kits, why do we need a kitserver.
What is it for?

kitserver will patch your pro evolution soccer eith real kits. Not with bad editing with option files. just download this kitserver and read the manual, then try installing the program...
