What online retailers will ship to from the Europe to the US?

I'm trying to get PES 2009 (the European version) when it comes out in October. Problem is I can't seem to find a somewhere online that'll ship to the US. Anyone know any good reputable sites?

Also, I heard that if you have a a PS3 and are playing the game in HD, the region doesn't matter. Is this true? I don't wanna get the pal version if its not going to work on my ntsc PS3.

can you be a little bit more specific please because i can't see the option to buy import games on this site.
