What the complete patch?

Hi all its 4am and ive been looking through this all night! i just wondered what is the best combination of patches to use ( including things like music ) and the links to it as they are fairly hard to find. So please whats the best out there with the links? many many thanks in advance

Yeah I agree frenchtroniks 2.0 patch, steveo's sweet music patch &
lakisa/blues rv-e file can't go wrong with that for the time being

so which one is better the agimars patch or frenchtroniks patch? also is the french one in french? and i heard u can get the skysports scoreboard on it, is this true? many thanks
