The 4 strategy of your game, like right side attack, left side attack, counter attack, centre attack. Thats the 4 of mine anyway.

I would actually like to have one changed for off-side trap , but i have to do it everytime the opponent gets the ball, kind of troublesome. Is it possible to have it on auto, where (having chosen the offside trap in "modify strategy") whenever the opposition gets the ball, im playing an offside trap?

i use:

offside trap
counter attack
switch flanks
and formation B

offside trap is pretty easy to use and its effective...

Nice... Im assuming your formation A is a defensive one?

Problem with offside trap is you have to manually activate it all the time when your defending. No way it can be automatically done for you?

You are always playing an 'offside trap' of sorts when you play line defense. What executing the manual version of the strat does is shuffle your line forward a couple of yards for about 2 or 3 seconds. If you had it running at all times your defenders would be in the opponent's net :p

Also if you do it at the wrong time it can be very costly and give the attackers tons of space. Try to never use it when the opponent has a great dribbler available, because if he goes around a guy he's suddenly through on goal. It's great for cutting off passing options, though.
