When did PES5 'click' for you??

it was a beautiful rainy day in scotland...but a glorius day in the san siro (on the tv, PES5 of course!) the milan derby about to start...me as milan...com as inter...my morale low after countless 1-0 wins. the whistle blows. i pass it along the back line down the wing through ball shevchenko on to it curls it into bottom corner....GOAL! after 2 mins. i went onto win 5-0.

yesterday this happened. i now win easily creating lots of chances! when did it first 'click' for you?

after about 4 games now i am the master played my mate yesterday beat him 5-0 and every goal was a blast from outside the box

No problem playing our mates. I play in 5* and even today I (Barcelona) defeated AI (AS Roma) 3 - 1. But I dont find it that easy to repeat this scoreline!

yeah! when ur on form everything goes for u, like in real football! but when u have an unlucky match its so frustrating. im getting used to it now though, if you keep calm and play ur on game the goals will come!

had it a week, played everyday about 3 hours min., and still didn't click for me, can't score shit even on 2*

I've been playing on 5 stars from the beginning, doing really badly, scored 5 goals in the first 12 matches of the prem. Then last night... Bingo! scored 7 goals in 4 games, won 3, drew one. no goal conceded.

So I think it clicked for me last night! Even Crouch is scoring now.

at the start i was finding it hard to beat 3 star teams which is what a usulaly start on before moving on to 6* which in pes4 was piss, but im only on 5* at the mo and its a challenge.

i was on a bad run for bout 10 games and then i defeated arsenal with liverpool 4-2 and i finally found the real aim: to battle

from now on i usually draw but the highest 5* victory was vs aston villa which was 5-1, but there were 2 own goals scored by them, so i was lucky

i was so frustrated at the game, but i new i loved it, but it pissed me of soooo much. it pissed me off coz of the obvious. not beeing able 2 score enuf goals. I neva played a game under 3*, and i hear people struggling 2 score on 2, that wuda got me even more wound up. But i wud say 4 days after i got it i wud say is wen it clicked. i knew this coz i beat barca 4-0 on 5*, i didnt fully master 4*, but i thought wat the heck lets try 5*. After hours of gameplay i cracked it, sucha a gr8 feelin wen u finally click. now makin scorin opportunities is easy as pie, 6* is a bit more difficult tho, ime bak 2 1-0 and 2-0, but i feel ime only a pass away from it beeing 3,4,5 gols a game.

i got the game last friday and at first as usual when the new pes is released i was slightly apprehensive although i knew the game was fantastic.after a few games on 3* the game felt superb.i'am now on 5* doing 2 different leagues with chelsea and ac milan.although i'am top of the league with chelsea(get in) winning games is extremely difficult and i'am scraping 1-0 wins.The game is hugely frustrating but that is what makes it so brilliant.The boot and kit editors are fantastic although its annoying that you have to replace a boot to make one.Its also good that you can now use hairstyles from players such as kaka and ronaldo unlike last year.I have been playing the game up until now becuase the playstation is at my mums house so its no pes until after college on monday.so basically THE GAME IS FUCKING FANTASTIC.

I really clicked on the second day for me. I had some initial problems with what formation to play to effectively put the most pressure on my opponents. After many 0-1/0-0 matches I found out that 4-2-1-3 (Juventus) suited me - and the players - perfectly
From there I went onto a five game winning streak (2-0, 2-0, 3-0, 5-0, 2-0), and then I was truly hooked. In a PES4-way

I'm on 4*.

I find that when i go a goal down the oother team become more resiliant but if i take the lead first i go on to win by 3 or 4 nil, strange

I was playing we9 for months in advance and found pes5 to be a walk in the park compared to the harshness of we9.If you all think the refs are strict in pro evo5 you should play we9 frustraiting isn't the word so when I got pes5 I jumped straight in and never looked back.I think having played we9 for so long it prepared me for proevo so I was able to enjoy the game from the off.

Lost my first game 3-0 hated all the changes...
Now started winning games and defending better the subtle changes are making sense like having to switch wings to create space and being patient with passing movements to create that killer pass...
I've got a feeling this could be the best pes yet and i've been playing since the snes days!

i've never had a lack of goals in my games, of course i still have 0-0's and that occasionally but the game was amazing from the get go with me. im not one of those ppl who get frustrated because i lose. in fact i like losing, it makes it more of a struggle to get promoted and win titles.
