where can I find players's abilities

one time and I forget where, I found a Thread which is giving you the power (abilities) of the player at any time you want.
for example
I want to create Romario but at 1994 time, so I will get his power
like that all the missing players will be created by my self and enjoy the game


is it available for PES 2012 ???
