Who has the best PC patch for 2009?

I've found a fair few option files and patches out there for the PC version of 2009 but they all seem to offer different levels of "officialdom".

Last year I used YWNA's patch and it worked a treat and am hoping there's a similar PC patch out there with:

All up to date transfers and name changes

Official kits of all the leagues and national teams

German League instead of Dutch

Champions League teams ie Bate

Stadium names

Chants for top teams

Latest boots and balls


I suppose I'm just wondering if someone has combined all the top work people have done out there and made one complete patch for the PC PES 2009 version.

Props to all those who have given their time up in creating these files

I found this comparison sheet which may answer my original question.
But if anyone has a suggestion for a definitive patch for the PC, I'd be very interested to hear your opinion.

198 views and no suggestions. Lucky I waded through pages of poorly written forums and established that kowalski's patch seems to be the best.

Aldros, most of the people here are from England (i think), so between the time you made your thread and your latest post many of forum users probably at work (i'm not from there but this is what i think).

Thanks ahmed, I'm aware of that.

I'm just surprised that no one over a week could give a suggestion for the best PC patch seeing that so many people are putting so much time into creating option files and re creating players and teams.
