The Figo penalty happens automatically, also you can´t assign it in edit mode I´ve heard.

yup, PK styles are assignable like freekicks. there's 8 altogther, A thru H. also there are 48 goal celebrations to choose.

theres 3 penalty styles and 8 free kick styles.

Recoba's la bona kick isnt specific to him, all players can do it if they have low wrong foot frequency stat.

Cristiano Ronaldo has a special cross and (i think) his stepover is slightly different to everyone elses.

Beckham does his special kicking style during open play as opposed to just from free kicks and corners.

thats cuz zidane and rooney has very good techniques in the game , people that usually have very good techniques dribble the ball closer to their own leg

Yeah he takes a longer run-up and slows down before hitting the ball. But how can he not be in the game? He's probably the Welsh squad's best striker! Although Wales don't get the real players anyway....
