I am in my second season now and i am starting to put my team together.
I play a 3-5-2 formation with micah richards,ferdinand and vidic as my cb's
My DMF at the moment is heinze which isnt working,gerrard as my cmf and ronaldinho amf with ronaldo and giggs on the wings and rooney and saha up front scoring a few goals.

I am happy with my teams attacking but i need a strong DMF that can win a battle and head the ball well in the air.I used to have Vieira in pes5 but he is old now and i want someone younger.
Can anyone tell me if hargreaves is any good?

Hargreaves is already good and gets even better but i agree with Ko_nam,i Huddlestone turns into a great player

Hahahaha, funny you talking about Mathieu. Well you can see he is inmy first eleven but I use him as a Side Midfielder. I just realized, he can play almost everywhere on the pitch(CMF, DMF, SMF, SB), almost every game he gets an assist and is the star * man.

Im playing micah richards as a cb,he is developing well.
Hargreaves seems to be a decent player signed him last night.Think i will go for huddlestone aswell cos he is higly recommended by a few people.

Hear hear. I purchased him early on and to be fair he is tall and strong. He has also developed a vicious shot from outside the box following cleared corners. I play Bouba Diop alongside him and both are quite quick and very strong, big help to the defenders.

:laugh: Not many mate. I have a team of all black players and as Essien won't join me yet I have these pair. I also have Walcott on the right who has developed well and is rather quick and Ronaldinho on the left. I enjoy that midfield.

Your midfield sounds deadly.
My own one is hargreaves as dmf,gerrard cmf,ronaldo rmf,giggs lmf and ronaldinho amf.
All i need is a ball winner like vieira was in pes5 and i think i will be away with it.Hopefully hargreaves will be good for me ,play it tonight and see
