Wii: I suck at 1 on 1s with the keeper, how do I juke people?

I still haven't figured out how to juke anyone, most importantly the keeper. My chip shots almost always sail over the goal, so most the time the keeper comes out of the goal and takes the ball right from me, or I end up kicking it into his face.

How do I do tricks on the Wii version of 2010?? I'm such a newb.

Also, I increased the difficulty to Professional, and my passes are noticeably less accurate, and they sometimes sail right past who I'm passing to, or not nearly hard enough to make it to them, so the other team just picks the passes off.

Is this how PES increases difficulty? By making my team suck more instead of making the computer harder? It's really frustrating.
