Will there be a Champions League patch?(we8)

Not working on one myself but I would be 99.9% sure someone somewhere will be working on one ready for the start of the competition (or maybe just after).
Somone will create a patch and it most likely will have Champions League music on entrance to the pitch. Weather there will be an actual patch devoted to the competition itself remains to be seen. Im sure all of the patch teams priority is to get togeather a good patch with up to date rosters and kits.
I'm not 100% sure of how patchmaking works -- can you change things like day/night settings in a competition format? The main problem for me with the Champs League in WE / PES is that most of the games are in the daytime, which means any CL atmosphere is gone. Someone should sort it so the WEFA Cup (or whatever it's called in ML), and also the Konami Cup - which is the one you have to use as the Champs League in Cup Mode - have all their games at night.

It's not only the day/night thing.
Konami have a weird way of thinking. In order to play Champions League in WE8 you need to setup the league of (whichever) four you wish to play and as soon as you finish that, setup a (Konami) cup of 16 with whichever teams you like (unless you play all 8 groups). At least they thought to set the final to be a single game at WE8 when playing Home and Away matches. This thing could 've been solved if the choice to have a Home/Away match in the Groupe League cup type was there, but for some reason it is disabled.
Apart from that, when playing in League Mode the venue seems to be random, not the stadium that the home team uses.
Correct me if I 'm wrong, but I don't think patching can mend that stuff. It seems you can change stuff related to the data (like graphics, sound and text) within the various databases of the game but not the structure (the way the game works).
